The Lincoln Road District Enhancement project encompasses the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall between Lennox Avenue and Washington Avenue and includes improvements to Meridian Avenue and Drexel Avenue. This ITB is only for the construction work associated with the Meridian and Drexel Avenue improvements. Meridian Avenue improvements include infrastructure upgrades, and streetscape improvement, inclusive of water main installation, force main installation and storm sewer installation, paving, stripping, pavers, landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting, from Lincoln Lane South north to 17th St. Drexel Avenue improvements include streetscape improvements from 16th St. North to Lincoln Lane South and the pedestrianization of Drexel Avenue from Lincoln Lane South north to Lincoln Lane North. Scope of work includes storm drainage installation, paving, stripping, pavers, landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting.
