The City of Ozark, Missouri, (hereinafter "City") is accepting competitive bids for the purchase and installation of new fencing on the north central ball field in Finley River Park, and other repairs/equipment pursuant to the Bid Specifications included herein. Generally, the Bid Specifications will specify the desired quantity and heights of the fencing including other repairs/equipment at Finley River Park in Ozark, Missouri. Proof of Insurance coverage in amount, types, and with insurers acceptable to the City of Ozark is required. The City will consider the competency and responsibility of bidders in making the award. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Missouri. Bid Specifications The Bid Price shall include the equipment and installation of the equipment. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and appurtenances to perform the work. Project Scope: TOTAL BID PRICE: ___________ This request is to remove and replace all chain link on the middle basebal field, as well as minor repairs on the west field, located at the end of Finley River Park. This will include the following: o Approximately 480' of 4' tall chain link fence on the outfield and sidelines An option to change the outfield and sideline fence to 5' tall should be included. o Approximately 140' of 8' tall chain link o Approximately 40' of 10' tall chain link to go in front of the dug outs o Approximately 70' of 12' tall chain link for the back stop. o Net above the backstop on the existing post o Replacing four horizontal rails on the west field back stop For clarification on location of the fields in question, feel free to contact Trey Turner, with the contact information listed in the bid. Bids should include: o Design details, equipment details, labor, miscellaneous parts, any other applicable fees, and placement. o The installation should be performed by the company.
