Site work for a water / sewer project in Gorman, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractor will provide Service and Pumping of Septic Tanks. SCOPE OF WORK 1. The Contractor agrees to provide to Department of Water Resources (DWR), Service and Pumping of Septic Tanks as described herein. 2. The services will be performed at DWR facilities and properties in or around the Pyramid Lake Recreation Area (PLRA) located in the city of Gorman, Lebec, and Castaic. Services will include floating watercrafts and restrooms within the Lake. Services will be performed at these locations on a routine basis, estimated to be eight (8) times per month: Pyramid Lake Recreational Area (PLRA) a. Emigrant Landing - 43101 Pyramid Lake Road, Lebec, California 93243 b. Los Alamos Campgrounds - Hard Luck Road, Lebec, California 93243 c. Vaquero Beach - 35800 Camino Del Lago, Castaic, California 91384 d. Boat In-Day Use - Within Pyramid Lake, Castaic, California 91384 e. Floating Restrooms - Within Pyramid Lake, Castaic, California 91384 Substantive questions regarding bidding and contracting requirements will be addressed at the pre-bid conference only. No questions with regards to requirements and provisions detailed in the Scope of Work will be addressed before or after the conference.
