The City of Welland requires a Flow Monitoring Program in order to meet mandatory MECP reporting requirements, pre and post monitoring for development sites and capital works projects (CSO/Wet Weather Reduction applications), location and quantification of inflow/infiltration, as well as miscellaneous flow monitoring. The City is looking for a Flow Monitoring Service Provider that can use cost-effective methods to monitor the sanitary and storm sewer networks.
