The project shall consist of the Renovation of 2 Bedroom Unit types, totaling 4 to 6 units at the Camellia Court location A certified check or Bid Bond payable to the Housing Authority in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and statutory labor and material payment bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract and the costs of the bonds shall be included in the Contractors Proposal. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. All Request for Information (RFIs) and Product Substitution Requests regarding the bid documents shall be sent to the following e-mail account: jay@evansarchitecturaldesign.com. For a guaranteed response, all Inquires must be made no later than 7 days prior to scheduled bid opening.
