PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK: This Outdoor Visiting Area & Playground project has been scaled down from its original version. This project will complete the playground area, concrete patio, and earthen berm. Future plans include adding additional enhanced visiting areas to include a water feature, a new concrete walk path, a meandering crushed rock path, irrigation & landscaping, and planned seating areas The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for project: Outdoor Playground/Visiting Area Improvement at OSCI, 3405 Deer Park Dr. SE Salem, OR 97310 ("Project"), for the benefit of Department of Corrections. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $110,000-$130,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
