The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms for the operation and maintenance of the of the Schwartzwalder Water Treatment Plant (SWTP) located in Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 71 West in Jefferson County at 8300 Glencoe Valley Road in Golden, Colorado. The Schwartzwalder Mine is approximately 20 miles northwest of Denver at an elevation of about 6,500 to 7,100 feet above sea level.
