PROJECT DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Under legislation, SB22-211, The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) is tasked with the redevelopment of the Ridge View Campus formally the Ridge View Youth Services Center into a supportive residential community for people experiencing homelessness. In order to transition the buildings from youth services to supportive housing, DOLA is in need of a construction project manager who can assist in the daily activities required to design, renovate and ultimately move into the existing campus. The State has budgeted five-hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to hire a Professional Consulting Services (Project Manager) for the next three (3) years to assist with the renovation of the Ridge View Supportive Residential Community Campus (RVSRC). Based on the pending completion of the Master Plan, this will require multiple phases. Phase 1 will include the renovation of 3 housing units, Administration Building, Town Center and necessary repairs for these buildings to properly function. Phase 2 will complete the Master Plan renovations with the remaining funds. This Fast-Track project will use a Design/Build Guaranteed Maximum Price (D/B GMP) Delivery Method.
