Site work for a water / sewer project in Calumet City, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Calumet City (the "City") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform cured-inplace sewer lining and sewer structure cementitious lining on Buffalo Avenue from Memorial Drive to Pulaski Road (154th Street). If selected, the contractor would be required to enter into a contract Agreement with the City to complete the work and would be required to provide a one (1) year written warranty for labor, materials, equipment, and workmanship. City of Calumet City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive or not waive any informality in the proposals, and to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to the City. If accepted, this letter, proposal quotation, and the RFP specifications and special provisions shall be made part of the Contract between the Contractor and the City of Calumet City. Please address any questions regarding this RFP to Matthew Buerger, City Engineer, at mbuerger@f-w.com. No questions will be accepted after close of business on February 14, 2024. To be considered, contractors must submit a completed bid proposal form, certificate of liability insurance (COI), and all other requested information with their proposal packet.
