Site work for a water / sewer project in Calumet City, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Calumet City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive or not waive any informality in the proposals, and to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to the City. If accepted, this letter, proposal quotation, and the following specifications and special provisions shall be made part of the Contract between the Contractor and the City of Calumet City Description: Remove and replace combine sewer located on Forest Hill Street. The scope of work consists of removing and replacing a 12" combine sewer on a local road totaling approximately 280 feet. The work also involves pavement removal and replacement, manhole rehabilitation, bypass pumping, sanitary service laterals connections, barrier curb replacement and landscape restoration. If selected, the contractor would be required to enter into a contract Agreement with the City to complete the work and would be required to provide a one (1) year written warranty for labor, materials, equipment, and workmanship.
