Renovation of a residential development in Rifle, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
West Rifle Creek State Wildlife Area Bunkhouse Rehab Design. The scope of work undertaken will require an Architect/Engineer team to plan and prepare construction drawings, specifications and permitting for, but not limited to, the following proposed services The intent of the project is to analyze the feasibility of, and complete design for, repurposing the existing building for seasonal housing. Feasibility analysis will include, but not be limited to, a foundation and structural evaluation, utility evaluation, preliminary floor plan, and an estimate of construction costs. Upon completion of the feasibility analysis, CPW will determine whether the estimated cost of construction and number of possible bedrooms will be worth further pursuing design and construction. If the decision is made to proceed, work will continue through design development and construction drawings. All SOQs become the property of the State of Colorado. SOQs may be reviewed by any person subject to the terms of 24-72-201 et seq. CRS, as amended, Public (open) Records.
