Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ontonagon, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A. The project shall include as described on the accompanying project plans and specifications 1.4 Miles of HMA Base Crushing and Shaping, Culvert Replacements, HMA Paving, Aggregate Shoulders, Pavement Markings and related work. The successful Bidder will be required to adjust the scope of the project by change order to match the available funding for the project. The Ontonagon County Road Commission is seeking bids for the construction of the "South Boundary FY24 Paving that includes the following major items of work: o 1.4 Miles of HMA Base Crushing and Shaping, Culvert Replacements, HMA Paving, Aggregate Shoulders, Pavement Markings and related work. The Ontonagon County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. A bid security payable to the Ontonagon County Road Commission in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will be required for this project.
