Intent to Bid Due Date: Apr 1st 2024, 2:00 PM EDT The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids from experienced and qualified suppliers with a proven and documented track record of the resurfacing of West/East Waters Avenue Resurfacing (CIP 69631107), which is located in Sections 22, 23, 24, 25 & 26; Township 28S and Range 18E. This project includes resurfacing the section of West/East Waters Avenue from North Armenia Avenue to North Nebraska Avenue, a distance of approximately 1.890 miles. The area within the Limited Access Right-of-Way under I-275 has already been resurfaced by FDOT and the intersection of North Florida Avenue (US 41/SR 685) is within the jurisdiction of FDOT and will be shown as an exception. This project also includes the installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB); ADA sidewalk and pedestrian curb ramp improvements; and upgrade signing and pavement markings.
