Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

2024 Concrete Cost-Share Project The project includes removal and replacement of approximately 667 SY of damaged concrete sidewalks; 1141 LF of curb & gutter; 352 SY of new concrete sidewalks,118 SY ADA curb ramps in eleven locations, installation of two solar light standards on poured caissons, and miscellaneous concrete work throughout the City. All pre-bid questions shall be submitted in writing no later than Monday, March 4, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. MST. Owner response to questions shall be issued no later than Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. MST. The City reserves the right to waive any formality or any informality in the process of awarding a bid. The City reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, and to reject any or all bids if it be deemed in the best interest of the City to do so. Bids shall be submitted in writing on the documents provided and signed by the bidder or their duly authorized agent. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked on the outside with Bid City Of Cortez 2024 Concrete Cost-Share Project and with the bidder s name.
