Irrigation Systems Winterization and Repair The contract shall be for one (1) year from date of award, or until delivery is complete unless otherwise stated. Award will be made by Ocean County Board of Commissioners within sixty (60) days after receipt of bids. The New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (P.L. 1963, Chapter 150) and provisions of the State Labor Laws must be complied with by the successful bidder, if applicable. The current Prevailing Wage Rates can be found online The County reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, to waive any informalities in the bid and to accept the lowest responsible bid in accordance with applicable law Direct all inquiries to Jennifer L.
