Hampton Roads District Locations to include Accomac County, Chesapeake (City), Emporia (City), Hampton (City), Isle of Wight County, James City County, Newport News (City), Norfolk (City), Northampton County, Portsmouth (City), Southampton County, Suffolk (City), Surry County, Sussex County, Virginia Beach (City), Williamsburg (City), York County. PURPOSE: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to establish a time and materials contract to provide Plumbing Services on an "as needed and on-call" basis to all the facilities owned and/or operated by VDOT Hampton Roads District, which includes the cities and counties specified on Page 33 - Hampton Roads District (HRD) Locations, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The contract shall be for an initial period of two (2) years with (3) optional successive one-year renewal periods; beginning date to be determined at the time of award.
