Lackawanna County Government Center Roof Repair Bid ID 046-24-104 The project consists primarily of a complete tear off of the existing 10' x 56' rubber roof. Bid envelopes to be plainly marked with the name and the number of the contract for which the bid is intended. A bid bond, certified check, or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted with each bid, payable to the Lackawanna County Treasurer, as a guarantee of the bidder's willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same. The County reserves the right to cancel and to reject some or all of the bids. Cover termination bar rising wall with surface mount counter flashing .032 finish aluminum Install shop made gravel stop edge in 0.40 finish aluminum. 20-year manufacturer warranty / labor warranty
