The Proposed Work Consists of the Furnishing Labor, Materials and Performing All Work for Water Tank Modifications on an Elevated 300,000-gallon Storage Tank as Set Forth by the Advertisement, General Conditions, Specifications And/or Drawings Prepared by Wet or Dry Tank Inspection & Consulting Services. Bidders Shall Provide the Following Information in the Bid Package: . Complete Bid Form . Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Ohio County Water District 5% of The Base Bid . Faxed or Emailed Bids Will Not Be Accepted. . Certificate of Insurance . References . No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid for 60 Days, While the Owner Considers the Bids. Mutually Agreed Upon Time Extensions May Be Made if Necessary. . Bidders Must Comply With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours Standard Act. . Bidders Must Certify That They Do Not and Will Not Maintain or Provide for Their Employees Any Facilities That Are Segregated or Based on Race, Color, Creed, or National Origin. .
