Renovation of a municipal facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,900-square-foot municipal facility.
The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of but is not limited to the following: The project consists of an interior renovation to the lower level and main level of Lawrenceville City Hall located at 70 S. Clayton Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. The renovated area is approximately 2,900 square feet. It includes Demolition, Framing, Drywall, Mechanical, Electrical, Millwork, Windows, Doors, Ceilings, and Finishes. Questions regarding bids should be directed to Steve Murray, Purchasing Director, at steve.murray@lawrencevillega.org no later than 3:00 P.M. on Monday, July 22, 2024. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents. Surety and insurance companies must have an AM Best rating of A-5 or greater, be listed in the Federal Registry of Companies holding Certificate of Authority and acceptable sureties on Federal Bonds, be licensed by the Georgia Insurance Department and the Georgia Secretary of State to do business in the State of Georgia. The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety.
