Upgrade of the Carrie Jane Gray Park located in Prince George, British Columbia. This multi year project is to upgrade Carrie Jane Gray to one of Prince Georges premier sport hub facility as identified through the ball diamond and sport field strategy meeting the growing needs for our community multi purpose sport facility. This project will start with a phase 1 concept design development before moving to phase 2 detailed design and finally phase 3 construction contract administration. TIMELINE: Project is dependent on capital plan and budget approvals by city council. Concept Design and Class D Cost Estimate are ongoing. Phase 2 Detailed Design and Class C Cost Estimate: June 1, 2025. Phase 3 Tender Process and Construction: August 1, 2026. Further update once the project is approved to bid for construction.
