City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified contractors with respect to the rehabilitation of the Wastewater Treatment Centre (WWTC) roof located at 4055 Lansdowne Rd, Prince George, BC. The roof is nearing its end-of-life and requires rehabilitation to address its current issues and prevent further deterioration. This Work indicated in this tender is the first phase of rehabilitating the WWTC roof, addressing the most critical sections. It includes the supply of materials, labour, and equipment required to replace the sections of the roof and associated flashing indicated in the areas of work.
