Contractor shall mow and bag areas specified herein, all grass areas, furnishing all supervision labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to complete the work as outlined in this Invitation to Bid, using professional grass management practices. Appropriate attire will be expected, where needed. Work shall consist of the mowing of grass/turf areas which are the property of Richland Township. Weed whacking along fence lines, areas adjacent to any and all park amenities, facilities, and landscaped areas will be required. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Richland Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety. Any questions regarding the cutting schedule and specifications of the bid should be directed via email to Assistant Township Manager Natalie Thiess, nthiess@richland.pa.us no later than five (5) days prior to the bid submission date or 724-443-5921. Responses to such requests will be provided to ALL Bidders, via email, in addition to the Bidder making the request, unless Bidder has notified the Township that email communication is unacceptable
