Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; for paving for a clubhouse / community center; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
CamTran will be seeking IFB's (invitation to bid) for the removal and replacement of the sidewalk in front of The Inclined Plane Visitor Center to Greene St. The IFB work scope will be available at 502 Maple Ave, Johnstown, PA 15901, or via email: aweir@camtranbus.com. The proposals must be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, Attn: Adam Weir, IFB for IP Sidewalk replacement project #24-03. Emailed proposals will not be accepted. Any IFB's received after that time will be returned unopened. Bidders must submit all information requested in the IFB. CamTran reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award the contract as it deems to be in the best interests of the Authority.
