Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
1. Removal and replacement of exisitng concrete sidewalks and curb ramps, 2. Selective areas of full depth asphalt pavement construction, 3. Selective areas of full depth asphalt pavement removal and replacement, 4. Selective areas of asphalt pavement overlay, 5. Pavement markings and drainage improvements, 6. Site restoration. Specifications and drawings that are requested by the Contractor to be shipped, will be sent via UPS Ground upon receipt of an additional fifteen ($15.00) dollar non-refundable shipping fee. Conemaugh Valley School District reserves the right to waive irregularities or minor informalities in the bids and to reject any or all bids. Contracts for work under this Bid will obligate the Contractors and Subcontractors to comply with and pay Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of Bidding Proposal, made in favor of "Conemaugh Valley School District". Performance and Payment Bonds with good and sufficient surety will be required as noted in the Information for Bidders. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms furnished by the Engineer in strict accordance with the Information for Bidders.
