Site work for a water / sewer project in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check or the bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the proposal and a noncollusion affidavit. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of the "Ferndale Area School District." Specifications and drawings that are requested by the Contractor to be shipped, will be sent via UPS Ground upon receipt of an additional fifteen ($15.00) dollar non-refundable shipping fee. Work shall be started on the project not later than ten (10) days after notification by the Owner or Engineer to start work. The entire work shall be completed, ready for use, on or before August 24, 2021. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, or to reject any or all bids.
