Request For Proposal (RFP) 36C77624R0044 for the Construct New Community-Based Outpatient Clinic Design-Build Project, VA Pacific Islands Health Care System in Lihue, Kauai, HI is hereby cancelled in its entirety. This cancellation is the result of receiving no offers. The VA will be issuing a new solicitation for this project in the future. This project will be procured using the two-phase design-build procedures. The contractor is to provide design and construction services to complete a new replacement Kauai Community-Based Outpatient Clinic project in accordance with this solicitation, specifications, and all applicable attachments. This project is located at: VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) 3215 Kauai Veterans Memorial Highway Lihu'e, HI 96766 (Island of Kauai) The target ceiling for contract award for design and construction is approximately $9.9 million, based on the funds available for this project. The Government cannot guarantee that additional funds will be made available for award. Offerors are under no obligation to approach this ceiling.
