Failure to comply with this requirement, may disallow a response. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES in the sum of One hundred dollars, ($ 100.00 ) per calendar day, and as set forth in the General Terms and Conditions. The contractor shall furnish and deliver two (2) six feet tall fiberglass lifeguard towers, specified herein, all in strict compliance with the Offer; Questionnaires; Scope of Work and Award; Special Provisions; General Instructions to Offerors; and General Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services.
