Remove and dispose of existing wall base. b. Remove and dispose of existing vinyl composition tile in the second-floor kitchen, storage room, records room, and first floor kitchen. c. Clean, vacuum, and prepare the subfloors throughout the building to include leveling the floors with cement base filler. d. Install Metroflor Engage Inception 20 MIL (Color: Poipu), waterproof plank flooring, in the second-floor kitchen, storage room, records room, and first floor kitchen as depicted in Attachment A. e. Install Mohawk Visual Connection (Color: 969: Iron) carpet tile flooring in the office spaces as depicted in Attachment A on the second floor. f. On the first floor, install carpet tiles (Westminster KRA 707007 Color: Midnight Blue) as depicted in Attachment A. Carpet tiles and wall base colors shall match the carpet tiles and wall base in the adjacent Real Property Collections office space. Verification of brand, model, and color shall be done prior to install). g. Approximate total square footage for carpet tile flooring on both floors is 2,984. h. Approximate total square footage for the waterproof plank flooring on both floors is 646. i. Supply and install matching transition moldings as needed to complete all doorways and transition areas. j. Install matching shoe base at the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. k. Remove all doors, adjust kick plates, cut bottoms of doors to clear new flooring where necessary and reinstall. l. Supply and install Burke 4” wall base, color Gray on the second floor and color Black on the first floor. m. Clean area and dispose of all rubbish and shipping materials.
