Renovation of a municipal facility in North Augusta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of North Augusta is a municipality seeking sealed Bids for Bulk Furniture Purchase, Delivery, Storage, and Installation for the new 37,900 SF Headquarters building on Georgia Avenue in North Augusta, South Carolina. The new headquarters will consist of spaces such as lobbies, offices, conference rooms, dispatch, kitchens and break rooms, courtroom, judge's office, jury room, filing and records spaces, and a training room that doubles as an Emergency Operations Center. For this project, the engineering and construction administration firm is JLA and the architecture firm is Stewart, Cooper, Newell Architects. We will only accept bid submission from pre-qualified vendors for the North Augusta Public Headquarters building in North Augusta, SC. The pre-qualification process has been completed and was finalized on January 17, 2024. Qualified candidates have been selected. The offeror shall carry general liability insurance coverage in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). This policy shall cover the firm and all of its employees and agents, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of North Augusta and their representatives and employees, from any claim, demands, actions, and cause for actions arising from any act or non-act or the commission or omission of any act while under the terms of the contract.
