The project generally consists of maintenance of a minimum of seven (7) BMPs located in several locations throughout the Township, with a possibility of more being added in 2025. Maintenance shall consist of weed and debris removal, plant replacement, pruning, structure cleaning, mowing, and general plant healthcare (insecticide, fungicide, etc.) as needed. The contractor shall develop their landscape maintenance plan for the designated bid items as listed. The plan shall incorporate the seasons of Spring, Summer, and Fall over a term of two (2) years (2024-2025). Plant replacement, if warranted, shall be in accordance with the site design or substituted with the approval from the Director of Public Works The Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
