**As of October 31, 2024 project has not been awarded , Anticipated award date is on November 11, 2024.** Pollock Center Lighting & Sound Upgrade project Camp Hill School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions or informalities of a bid which the District deems in its best interest. The equipment herein specified will be installed replacing the current lighting fixtures and microphone system at the Pollock Center, located at 340 N 21 st Street, Camp Hill, PA 1701 All inquiries regarding bid conditions or bid items shall be made in writing to Kerry Martin, Director of Business & Operations via email to kmartin@camphillsd.k12.pa.us. Any inquiries shall be answered by written addenda issued to all parties having obtained a bid package. Bidders shall not rely upon oral responses.
