Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of two parts with Part-A being Hauling and Placement of WMA paving and milling work within the Highland Estates and Highland Village Developments, with approximately 2200 tons of 9.5-mm wearing course, 1000 tons of 9.5-mm scratch/leveling course with allAsphalt, purchased by the Township, will be supplied by Pennsy Supply Inc. through COSTARS, 24,200 SY of paving fabric, and approximately 24,200 SY of milling, various depths. Storm water piping consisting of 550 LF 24-inch SLCPP, 700 LF 18-inchSLCPP, and 180 LF 15-inch SLCPP, with 21 inlet boxes, inclusive, supplied by the Township in the Rossmoyne Manor Development. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
