The scope of work generally consists of the construction of a post-tension concrete basketball court. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented, or to invite proposals as its interest may appear. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, sex, religions, color or national origin. The Contractor must adhere to all relevant provisions of Section 46a-95 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and any other relevant laws and regulations regarding Affirmative Action.
