**As of June 4, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The CITY OF NEW BRITAIN. The scope of work generally consists of the renovation of the Little League Field at A.W. Stanley Park, New Britain, Connecticut. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented, or to invite proposals as its interest may appear. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, sex, religions, color or national origin. The Contractor must adhere to all relevant provisions of Section 46a-95 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and any other relevant laws and regulations regarding Affirmative Action. The Contractor shall comply with the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act and Regulations of the Secretary of Labor (29 CFR, Part 3).
