Site work for a civil project in Stillwater, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work. The base bid is for the complete rehabilitation of the Maryknoll Lift Station in Stillwater, Minnesota. The upgrade required the conversation of the existing wet well/dry well station to a submersible pumping station. The exiting dry well will be converted to a submersible station. A new valve and bypass vault will be constructed. The existing wet well will be converted to serve as an upstream manhole. The city is purchasing two submersible pumps as well as the control panel. The contractor is required to install the city purchased items as well as complete the requirements shown on the Drawings and in the Contract Documents. The Lift Station Improvements will be constructed under a single construction contract. The construction contract will be awarded based on Base Bid, with an alternate bid for the bypass manhole Question Deadline 04/18/2024
