Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stillwater, Minnesota. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Improve the safety and operations, ride, stormwater drainage, and erosion on of County Road 74. Study pedestrian accommodations and access along County Road 74. Partner with the South Washington Watershed District's Ravine Stabilization project on the north side of County Road 74. Maintain long-term transportation goals of the county and local communities. As of June 3, 2025, Preliminary design Summer 2024-Winter 2025. ROW Acquisitions/Final Design/Permitting Spring 2025-Winter 2026. Construction Summer 2026.
