Summary The City is seeking services from qualified firms to provide general engineering services on an as-needed basis to supplement existing resources in its Water Division for various water utility capital improvement and maintenance projects. The firms must be capable of providing critique and value engineering services in addition to performance analytics for the system and programs. The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is Wednesday, February 14, 2024, prior to 4:00 pm. Any questions submitted after the date and time specified may not be considered Procurement Contact Antonio Watson awatson@cityofpasadena.net (626) 744-8382. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The initial term of the Contract resulting from this proposal is for five years from the date the City executes the contract. The compensation set forth in the Proposal shall remain valid and in effect during the initial term of the contract. No optional extension periods will be included with this contract. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time.
