Provide qualified personnel to perform maintenance pursuant to Sections 100.25 and 131 of the Streets and Highways Code, to sweep, remove graffiti, and maintain drainage system, pavements, pavement striping and markings, sidewalks, lighting installations, signs, traffic control signal systems with the specified maintenance area outlined in Attachment A. The degree and extent of maintenance work to be performed and standards shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 27 of the Streets and Highways Code. Invoices shall include all supporting documentation, work orders, and service request logs. The maintenance of the specified area should be completed within the schedule provided in Attachment B. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time. The City reserves the right to change any part of these Instructions to Bidders and Specifications any time prior to the bid opening. Any changes shall be in the form of addenda and will become a part of the bid documents and of the contract. Addenda shall be made available to each bidder. Performance Bonds Required: 100% Labor & Materials Bonds Required: 100% If there is a Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting, bidders not required to attend.
