Seismic Retrofit of Water Pipelines Burbank Water and Power / Water Division The City of Burbank ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to contract for preparing Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) for water pipelines replacement earthquake resilient pipes. These services will be funded 90% from FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and 10% from BWP funds. The selected Respondent shall provide the City with a comprehensive and complete solution as detailed in Attachment A Scope of Work. The selected firm must demonstrate its ability to perform each and every service as listed in the Scope of Work.
