Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Glassport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked with company name and address, Contract being bid and indicating "Carpet and Paint Upgrades - Glassport Municipal Complex". Additional information or addenda during the bidding phase will be provided to the primary contact. Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total of the Base Bid; and by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if applicable). Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended and supplemented. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts thereof or items therein and to waive any informality in the bidding. Questions pertaining to the content of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Mr. Mark Scheller, DRAW Collective, by email at marks@DRAWcollective.com. Questions must be submitted using the Pre-Bid RFI form available in the bidding documents. Phone calls will not be accepted.
