The primary element of work shall consist of the construction of one 400 gallon per minute water well and appurtenances. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.
