Site work for a mixed-use development in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: 450 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, manholes, and laterals, 225 linear feet of watermain, services and appurtenances along with all turf restoration and erosion control for a complete project. Materials will be provided by the City of New Lisbon. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $125,000. The approximate substantial completion date is May 31, 2024 and the approximate final completion date is June 30, 2024. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
