Bid is Cancelled The City of Cape Coral (City) is requesting a written statement of qualifications from contractors qualified to assist the City by providing utility service water meter and associated equipment and appurtenances installation services. Based on evaluation of the qualification statements received, contractors will be pre-qualified to provide utility service water meter installation services. The contractor service meter installations will be scheduled and coordinated with the City of Cape Coral Utilities Department, Customer Billing Services and Development Services Department using the Building Permitting process. The City's goal is to pre-qualify contractors that can provide customers quality and timely utility service water meter installations for hire independently by the residential, commercial and development contractors responsible for establishing water service connections to the Utilities Department water system. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, award in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities or informalities when in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Cape Coral. The Legal Entity Name of proposer must be provided on the proposal submittal and all proposal form documents that are being submitted for the proposed goods or services requested in this solicitation.
