**As of April 5, 2024 project was awarded to North Core USA, awarded amount is $620,462,26.** The proposed work generally for the two combined locations consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the construction of sewer pipe, installing 6 manholes, removing 1 existing manhole, abandon 7 manholes and approximately 1325 lineal feet of existing sewer line, removing and replacing approximately 510 lineal feet of service lines including cleanouts; resurfacing trenches, furnishing, placing and maintaining of traffic control devices; and other incidental work. The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract before the elapse of 75 Calendar Days starting on July 15, 2024 and ending on September 27, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit or Bid Bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements, may waive any irregularities, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding it is the public interest to do so.
