WHISTLER'S BEND PARK PAVING IMPROVEMENTS RFB #208 Bids may not be withdrawn after the time set for opening. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. All Bidders must submit a list of their first-tier subcontractors. This Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Pavement repair and/or new pavement overlay of the day use areas and group camping sites. Sidewalks and concrete pads, site prep for building construction (by others). Bidders are not required to submit a prequalification application. The Board of Commissioners will not consider a bid unless the bidder is registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. Bidders shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rates) .
