As of April 19, 2024, an engineering team has been identified. A construction timeline has not been identified yet. DBE Participation Goal: 8.5% Oregon Department of Transportation ("Agency" or "ODOT") is requesting supplemental information regarding specific A&E and Related Services experience relevant to the above referenced public improvement project (the "Project"). The needed Services are further described in the attached Statement of Work ("SOW"). The expected outcome of the WOC is to improve the safety of the Garden Valley Road at Melrose Road intersection. This intersection is a high speed rural intersection. The partial multi-lane round-about is currently the preferred option at rural high speed intersections because this countermeasure has been shown to reduce crash severity relative to other available solutions. Proposers responding to the Mini-RFP do so solely at their expense. Agency is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with the Mini-RFP. All inquiries regarding this procurement, whether relating to the Mini-RFP process, administration, deadline or award, potential COI issues, or to the intent or technical aspects of the Services must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Buyer. All questions must be received not later than 5 business days prior to the Proposal submission deadline.
