Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) and Ancillary Equipment. The Contract provides for the Preventive Maintenance and Time and Material Repair Services to all equipment and associated controls specified in the Equipment List (Exhibit B) and any component or accessory not specifically mentioned which is essential for the proper operation and functioning of the Facility's Building Management System (BMS) and all ancillary equipment. The tasks associated with the Preventive Maintenance portion of this Work Plan are provided in Exhibit A. A Time and Materials (T&M) Proposal Form is provided (Exhibit D). Questions and Answers will also be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter Ad. Scope of Work: Deliverables are defined in the Appendix D of attached Office of Mental Health (OMH) contract boilerplate. The Office of Mental Health's Elmira Psychiatric Center seeks to procure Preventive Maintenance Services for its facility located at: 100 Washington Street Elmira, NY 14902. Anticipated Contract Start/End Dates: 11/1/24 - 10/31/29. Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. Only the designated, sole point of contact listed below should be contacted during the restricted period of communication. The restricted period begins with the publication of the ad in the New York State Contract Reporter and will end with the approval by the New York State Office of the State Comptroller of this contractual agreement. OMH reserves the right to evaluate and/or reject all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive or modify technicalities, irregularities, and omissions, or solicit new bids if, in the agency's sole judgment, the best interest of the State will be served.
