Renovation of a detention facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

As of June 3, 2024, construction has commenced and all trades have been awarded. PROJECT DESCRIPTON: The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new pre-engineered metal building. Owner shall provide metal building components as noted in drawings including but not limited to all structural components, doors, metal wall and roof panels. The General Contractor shall erect metal building and install all Owner provided metal building components. Materials provided by and installed by the General Contractor shall include but not be limited to concrete foundations nd slabs, a small portion of additional metal wall panels, gutters and downspouts, fire extinguishers, knox box, and splash blocks. Sitework includes grading and paving..
