Bids will be accepted under seal to the Owner for renovations to the Marquette-Alger RESA, located at 321 E Ohio Street, Marquette, Michigan. Provide minor grading changes at building site. o Replace (5) squares of damaged concrete sidewalk. o Provide a new monument sign at parking lot entry. o Provide new floor finishes at lobby. o Add switch at reception desk for remote door entry. o Replace recessed floor mat at vestibule. o Provide new security film on entry doors & lobby windows. o Provide new tinted glazing on lobby windows & doors. o Provide new door hardware for vestibule doors. AREA 2: o Combine existing Conference Room A & B (197) with existing Conference Room F (193) and part of existing Storage Room (194). o Provide a new Storage Room (194) out of remaining space from Storage Room (194). o Demolish all electrical components on South and East wall of existing Storage Room (194). o Demolish existing, unused, humidifier and remove associated plumbing from existing Storage Room (194). o Relocate existing electrical panel on north wall of existing Storage Room (194) to the MDP room. o Provide new ceiling grid and tiles to match height of existing Conference Room A & B (197). o Provide new millwork to match existing conference room millwork. o Provide new floor finishes. For viewing at the office of the Architect and at the following Builders Exchanges: Iron Mountain-Kingsford, Marquette, Michigan, Northwest Michigan, and Hill Construction-Dodge (Lansing). Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission.
