Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and municipal facility.
Notice is given hereby that County of Marquette will accept bids from qualified contractors for construction of: Jail & Courthouse Annex Domestic Hot Water Upgrades. Including, but not limited to: Removal of two existing hot water boilers and storage tank. Installation of four indirect domestic water heaters. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the bid form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. 100% surety bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. The Work is to be substantially complete by May 1, 2024. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the owner. Direct questions in writing to the office of the Architect. Submit questions not less than four (4) days before bid date. Replies will be made by Addenda when required.
